Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the JobSpy platform operated by Raos Infotech Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JobSpy in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

2 User Accounts

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Account Types

• Job Seeker Account: For individuals seeking employment opportunities.
• Recruiter Account: For companies and individuals posting job listings and seeking candidates.

You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service or other users, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3 Job Seeker Terms

As a job seeker using JobSpy, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications.
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity to potential employers.
• Use the platform solely for legitimate job-seeking purposes.
• Not apply for positions you are clearly unqualified for with the intent to spam recruiters.
• Respect the confidentiality of any information shared by recruiters during the hiring process.

JobSpy does not guarantee employment or interview opportunities. We act as a platform connecting job seekers with employers and are not responsible for hiring decisions made by recruiters.

4 Recruiter Terms

As a recruiter using JobSpy, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, legitimate job openings that exist within your organization.
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings.
• Handle applicant data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Not use applicant information for purposes other than evaluating candidates for the posted position.
• Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner.
• Not charge job seekers any fees for applying to or being considered for positions.

JobSpy reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5 User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service.

By posting Content on JobSpy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• The Content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights described above.
• The posting of your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other rights of any person.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam) to other users.

7 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Raos Infotech Pvt Ltd and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Raos Infotech Pvt Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

JobSpy does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any job listings posted are genuine or that employers will respond to applications.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raos Infotech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
